Demo Company communities are great places to live. In addition to excellent facilities and physical amenities, many of our communities offer a range of programs for our residents, including after school activities, art enrichment and job placement services. We coordinate these programs in partnership with a non-profit social services organization. These programs offer positive socialization that promotes great neighborhood relationships and community building.

Services and programs are numerous and specific to the needs of the community. Needs of the communities are determined by a multi-tasked approached and delivered utilizing a multi-disciplinary approach: Asset mapping the local community, assessing the residents, and connecting quality community-based service providers to the project. Services are typically delivered by a combination of Pacific Housing employees providing direct services, community based organizations providing developmental services, or residents of the project delivering community-building services.
